Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive protective measure jetbdt offers. When you self-exclude, your account is locked for a minimum period of 6 months. During this time, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place any bets. jetbdt will also suppress all marketing and promotional communications to your registered contact details for the full duration of your exclusion.

Self-exclusion is designed to be a firm commitment — not a temporary inconvenience. For this reason, requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the minimum period has elapsed will not be honoured. At the end of your chosen exclusion period, reinstatement of your account requires a deliberate reactivation request, giving you an additional moment to reconsider before returning to play.

How to activate self-exclusion on jetbdt:

1. Log in to your jetbdt account Access your account via the jetbdt Login page using your registered credentials.
2. Navigate to Responsible Gaming settings Open your account dashboard and select the Responsible Gaming section from the account menu.
3. Select Self-Exclusion Choose the self-exclusion option and select your preferred exclusion duration — minimum 6 months, with longer periods also available.
4. Confirm your request Review the terms of your self-exclusion and confirm. Your account will be locked immediately upon confirmation.

Deposit & Spending Limits

Deposit limits are one of the most practical and immediately effective tools for managing gambling expenditure. By setting a hard cap on how much you can add to your jetbdt account in a given period, you create a firm financial boundary that the platform will enforce — even on days when the temptation to exceed it feels strong.

You can lower your deposit limit at any time and the new lower limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 48-hour waiting period — this cooling-off interval is intentional, giving you time to reconsider whether an increase genuinely aligns with your budget.

Time-Out & Cooling-Off

A time-out is a temporary suspension of your jetbdt account. It is designed for players who feel they need a short break — perhaps after a significant loss, during a stressful period in their personal life, or simply to reset their relationship with gambling without committing to a full self-exclusion.

During a time-out period:

• You will be unable to log in to your jetbdt account;
• No deposits, bets, or casino play can be made;
• jetbdt will not send any promotional or bonus-related communications to your account;
• Any pending withdrawals that were approved prior to the time-out will be processed normally;
• Your account data, balance, and history are preserved and will be accessible when the time-out ends.

Available time-out durations are 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. All time-outs take effect immediately upon activation. You cannot cancel a time-out once it has been started — this is by design, to ensure the break you have chosen is meaningful.
