General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jetbdt ("jetbdt", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sportsbook platform accessible at jetbdt.net. These Terms govern all use of the jetbdt website, mobile browser interface, account services, betting products, casino games, promotional offers, and any other services provided by jetbdt (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion offered by jetbdt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jetbdt's Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific products or promotions. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation or summary, the English version shall prevail. The Platform primarily serves players based in Bangladesh and all references to currency are to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise stated.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The jetbdt Platform is strictly intended for use by adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any betting or casino product, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or participate in any promotional activity on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not accessing the Platform for the purpose of gathering information for any legal, regulatory, or competitive purpose;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from any gambling platform or had an account closed for terms violations;
• You are acting in good faith and for personal entertainment purposes only.

jetbdt reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any point during your use of the Platform, including before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable documentation includes a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposits made may be returned at jetbdt's discretion after deducting any winnings accrued during the period of underage use.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the jetbdt Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may register only one account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. jetbdt may reject a registration application or close an existing account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

As part of our commitment to player security and the prevention of fraud, jetbdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months confirming your residential address;
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment account registered to the same name as the jetbdt account.

Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable time of being requested may result in your account being restricted from making withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. jetbdt is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that result from a player's failure to provide timely or satisfactory verification documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jetbdt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jetbdt support immediately. jetbdt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All funds held in your jetbdt account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jetbdt supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no deposit fee charged by jetbdt; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jetbdt accepts no responsibility. Deposits made via mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad are generally credited to your jetbdt account instantly upon confirmation of the transfer.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit, subject to jetbdt's anti-money-laundering obligations;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500;
• All withdrawal requests require OTP confirmation sent to your registered mobile number;
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal associated with bonus funds can be approved;
• jetbdt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000.

jetbdt processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Standard processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically within a few hours during normal operating periods. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard interbank clearing schedules. jetbdt accepts no liability for delays attributable to your payment provider's processing times or network outages.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

jetbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all jetbdt bonuses unless specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Unless stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion's specific terms;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically;
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time unless jetbdt's promotion terms expressly permit otherwise;
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash (unless wagering requirements have been met), and have no monetary value independent of their use on the Platform;
• jetbdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or where required for operational or compliance reasons;
• Players who jetbdt determines have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, hedging bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts subject to closure.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cricket events (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC series involving the Bangladesh Tigers), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions will be published on the Platform as they become available. Each such promotion carries its own terms which supplement and, where they conflict, supersede these general bonus conditions.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered jetbdt player, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts, exploits, or misuses the Platform or harms other players, jetbdt's operations, or third parties.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorised by jetbdt;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotion;
• Exploiting any software bug, system error, or pricing discrepancy on the Platform — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned;
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud for deposits or wagering;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with jetbdt support;
• Transferring, selling, or allowing any other person to access your jetbdt account;
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes a violation of applicable law in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.

jetbdt monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, jetbdt may take any of the following actions without prior notice: suspension or permanent closure of the account; withholding or voiding of all pending withdrawals and bonus balances; forfeiture of any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct; reporting to relevant authorities where required by law. jetbdt's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final, subject only to the dispute process described in these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your jetbdt account at any time by contacting support through your account dashboard. Upon receiving a closure request, jetbdt will process any remaining real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to pending wagering requirements) to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jetbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a stipulated period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• Player request under responsible gaming self-exclusion provisions.

Where an account is closed by jetbdt due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance, bonus-derived winnings, and winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to these forfeiture conditions will be returned to the player's verified payment method at jetbdt's discretion after deducting any applicable charges.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbdt's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jetbdt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jetbdt shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or jetbdt had been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages;
• Losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jetbdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jetbdt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. jetbdt takes reasonable steps to ensure Platform stability and data security, including 256-bit SSL encryption and regular security audits, but cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from disruptions at all times.
